Call for evidence: National Climate Change Risk Assessment (NCCRA) 2026
How to use this website
To complete this form, we will ask you to upload or share a link to your evidence, and answer a series of questions to help us categorise it.
You can save your work at any time and return to this form later. To do so, click the Save and come back later button at the bottom of each section.
You do not need to answer every question – if any of them are not relevant to you, please feel free to skip them.
First, we will ask for your details, including your name/organisation and how you would like to be contacted.
In the next section, we will ask you to upload files or share links to your evidence.
We will first ask you to share evidence on climate risks, followed by some questions to give us context for your evidence. This will include asking what location or region your evidence relates to. You can do this by selecting options from a menu, showing us on a map, or describing it by text.
We will then ask you to share and answer context questions about your evidence on actions to address climate risks.
- If your evidence relates to both risks and actions, please upload or share it once and answer the context questions in both sections.
Next, we will ask you about any forthcoming evidence or work underway that might help inform our assessment.
We will then provide information and ask for permissions about publishing and data protection.
